2. Reasons for the saw blade: ①The tooth shape is not correct, the tooth chamber is too small, and the saw blade is narrow and biased. Correct the tooth shape, enlarge the tooth chamber, and adjust and enlarge the saw path.
②The appropriate tension is not uniform and the mouth is loose, adjust the appropriate tension.
③There are too many joints and improper trimming. Try to keep saw blades with as few joints as possible, or provide special repairs to saw blades with many joints.
3. Reasons for operation: ①The upper and lower hands are never consistent. The top and bottom minds should be focused and in sync.
②The saw clamp is too loose or too skewed. Adjust the saw clamp.
③The feeding speed is too fast and not uniform. Feeding remains stable and slows down when encountering knots.
④The saw wheel and saw blade are stained with resin sawdust, please remove it in time.
